Does Sciencix collect Sales Tax?

We currently collect sales tax for orders shipping to United States locations where we are required to (currently Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas & Virginia). How do I check the tracking number/status of my order?

Tracking information will be available online within your customer account, after your order has shipped. Additionally, when your shipping label is created, the tracking information is automatically emailed.

Does Sciencix provide a warranty on their products?

Each Sciencix products is backed with a Lifetime Warranty against any manufacturing defect. Please click here for our warranty.

Are these Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) such as Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu, etc. products?

No, Sciencix is not an authorized distributor/re-seller of any OEM’s. Rather, Sciencix products are an alternative to the OEM’s, which are designed and manufactured to be comparable (comp.) in form, fit & function to the part being replaced. For more information about our process, click here.

Can I order original Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu, Hitachi, Thermo, Perkin Elmer, etc. parts through you?

No, Sciencix is not a service company. That said, we supply replacement products to many trusted third party service companies throughout the world, and will be glad to refer you directly to them. So, please let us know more about your situation, and we will be glad to introduce you to a trusted partner accordingly.

Does Sciencix sell any analytical instruments?

No, Sciencix does not sell any instrumentation.

Do you supply Gas Chromatography (GC) replacement products?

No, Sciencix specializes only in HPLC and Mass Spec. replacement products.
