Form
Sciencix products are tested to ensure the expected shape, color, and material finish fully comparable to the corresponding OEM part.
Fit
Sciencix products are installed in compatible equipment in our Test Lab to verify a perfect fit.
Function
Sciencix products are tested to ensure compatible performance within the instrument.
To achieve this, our engineers design every aspect of a part or assembly and source the materials from trusted partners to create a prototype product. The parts are then tested rigorously to ensure comparable performance to the corresponding OEM product. With over 100 years of combined experience between them, Sciencix engineers thrive on exceeding your expectations across our existing product portfolio and new product development pipeline. We invite customers to let us know if there is an HPLC or related product that you would like us to develop or a customized PM kit that you would like assembled with only the components you need in it.
Manufacturing and Inventory
Each Sciencix product is carefully manufactured and assembled in a strict quality control environment with a highly skilled team of precision assemblers.
Our operations strategy is structured to have every Sciencix product in stock for same day shipping, which involves high-precision inventory management processes and established relationships with all major shipping carriers. We also ship internationally to customers in over 100 countries around the world.
Warranty
All our products are backed with a Lifetime Warranty against any manufacturing defect, and our products are designed and made according to the highest standards and in accordance with our ISO certification. Sciencix defines the lifetime of a part in accordance with the normal expected performance of the comparable OEM part. On the rare occasion that you experience a problem with a Sciencix part, please contact us and every attempt will be made to bring a fast resolution.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact Customer Relations toll free by calling 1-800-682-6480 or email sales@sciencix.com. Provide as much detail as possible about the part in question (i.e., part number, lot number, date of purchase, images, photos, and any context explaining how the part was unsatisfactory).
We will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and then ship a replacement part to you or provide credit to your account.
Shipment of returned warranty parts to Sciencix is the responsibility of the customer, and shipment of replacement parts to the customer’s place of business is the responsibility of Sciencix.
